Every engagement follows the same three phases. Scope, duration and deliverables are defined before work begins, and each phase can stand alone.

We establish what is actually known. Evidence is reviewed against claims, and the venture is scored across the eight readiness dimensions at its stage.

Decide

Findings become decisions. Risks are ranked by consequence to the next milestone, with mitigation cost, sequencing and the option of not proceeding stated explicitly.

Implement
3 to 9 months, scoped
Where mandated, we work alongside the team to install the operating systems, governance and readiness artefacts, then verify that they hold under load.
